TOP 8 FREQUENT ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that you find yourself in, even several times a day.

For example when you daydream or watch television.

Hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You are conscious, but with a more sharpened awareness. You are aware throughout the entire session of hypnosis.

Hypnosis is a very effective way to do away with the difficult problems or negative emotions in your life.

The reason why hypnosis works so effectively is that it works through your subconsciousness. During hypnosis you do not possess the critical sense as you would when you are conscious.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HYPNOSIS AND HYPNOTHERAPY?

There is a big difference between a hypnotist and a hypnotherapist.

A hypnotist allows you to be relaxed and provides you with positive suggestions. These suggested changes may lasts a few days or weeks, after which the problem occurs again.

A hypnotherapist works with the hypnosis as a tool to eliminate the problem or issue.

This can be compared with a weed. Through hypnotherapy I remove the root, so the problem does not recur.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE FAITH IN HYPNOSIS IN ORDER TO GET TREATMENT?

You do not in any way have to believe that hypnosis works!

You just need to have the desire and the will to change the negative patterns that are associated with your problems.

CAN YOU HYPNOTIZE SOMEONE THAT DOES NOT WANT TO BE HYPNOTIZED?

No, only people who want to be hypnosised ca be affected. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis as you choose how much you want to let yourself be influenced. It's like a dance between you as a client and I as a therapist.

You can interrupt hypnosis therapy when you want, as you are aware. You will never give information, you do not want to pass during the trance.
YOU ARE COMPLETELY IN CONTROL

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE TREATMENT?

Before the session, the issues surrounding your problem are discussed. I will also answer all the questions that you may have. After we will begin the hypnosis, During this time you will feel secure and relaxed.
